Julie Tan (born on 1992-Sep-22), is a Singapore actress and model, best remembered for her role in her budding movie 向日葵的约定 (The Promise). In the movie, Julie played the role of Shan Shan, a girl who was born with mild intellectual disability (MID). She was slow in learning and easily gullible. In a chance encounter, Shan falls in love with 19-year-old Wen Yuan who happened to be a slacker in his studies and life.
