Jesseca Liu Zhi Xuan (刘子绚) is a Malaysian born actress and model working for Singapore Mediacorp.

Jesseca Liu was born in Langkawi, Malaysia and begun modelling as early as 2001. She is fluent in cantonese, mandarin, english and Bahasa Melayu. First known as Lao Chew Yen, she finished second for a Malaysian beauty contest in 2001. Jesseca began acting in Malaysia with a few Chinese drama productions.

Jesseca Liu has a sister six years younger than her. Her parents however, divorced when she was a teenager. Since then, her mother raised her and her sister all by herself.

Jesseca Liu has had only one known and publicised relationship with Taiwanese actor Viter Fan Zhi Wei after collaborated in the Taiwanese movie Untold Beauty. Their romance fizzled after one year. Jesseca is still currently single.

I’m so glad to still see her on TV.. most of the leading actresses now i have no interest in. So far the best shows are the ones with her and cris lee and probably the same set of great production crew and scriptwriters
